First and second Photoshop draft of Contents page

This is the first photoshop draft of my contents page. I have chosen to go with a grey background because I felt that it needed some colour on it. It also needs to have two more images in the boxes above with "24" and "30" on them.

























Second draft:

I have changed the main image of the contents page; this image suits the magazine a bit more and it also fills out the space making the image appear larger.
I have also added a new photo to the "24" box. This image is of one of the new bands that will be touring in 2014, to make it look a bit more music I added a stage with lights in the background. What I will have to change for my third draft is the positioning of the "24" because it is covering up the guitar one of the models is holding.
